Job Matching
We match jobs to your interests, skills, and goals. Not just what is available. Finding the right fit means you are more likely to stay and more likely to enjoy it.
How This Works
Most employment services push people into whatever role is open. Fill a vacancy, tick a box, move on. That is why people cycle through jobs and end up back at square one.
We start with you. What are you into? What are you good at? What kind of environment do you work best in? Then we match roles to that picture, not the other way around.
We build relationships with local employers who are genuinely open to supported employees. We do not cold-call businesses with your resume. We connect you with workplaces where we already know the culture and the management.
How We Match
Finding work you want to keep, not just work you can get.
Interests & Strengths Assessment
We figure out what you enjoy, what you are good at, and what kind of work environment suits you. Not a formal test, just a real conversation.
In Practice"So when nobody's asking you to do anything, you end up organising things. Lining stuff up, sorting, making order out of mess. That's a genuine skill and a few job types come to mind straight away. Let's talk through them and see which one sparks something."
Workplace Visits
Before you commit, we take you to see the workplace. Meet the team, see the environment, and decide if it feels right.
In Practice"Three workplaces, three different feels. The warehouse was quiet and steady. The retail shop was close to home and buzzy. And the pet shop, you crouched down and started talking to the dog within thirty seconds. I think we both know which one felt right."
Employer Matching
We connect you with specific employers we already work with, businesses we know are supportive and a good cultural fit.
In Practice"Spoke to the cafe manager yesterday. Told her what you're good at and how you like to learn. She'd love to meet you Thursday for a coffee and a chat. Relaxed, no formal interview. She sounds lovely and I think you'll like the space."
Flexible Hours & Role Design
We negotiate with employers to design roles and hours that work for you. Part-time, modified duties, gradual increase, whatever you need.
In Practice"Eight hours a week to start. Two shifts, four hours each. After a month we can talk about whether you'd like more or if this pace feels right. The manager is happy to work with whatever suits you."

Cost, Eligibility & Getting Started
What job matching costs, who it is for, and how to begin.
What It Costs
Job matching support follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. The cost depends on the type of support and whether it happens on a weekday, evening, or weekend. If you are finishing school, School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) often covers this kind of support. Inclusive Employment Australia is a separate government-funded program, and its providers can refer people to us. If none of these apply, job matching is available fee-for-service. Whatever your situation, cost is always confirmed in writing before support starts.
Am I Eligible?
Job matching sits under the NDIS Capacity Building category "Finding & Keeping a Job." If your plan includes this category, you can use it for job matching support. If you are finishing school, ask about School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES). Inclusive Employment Australia is a separate government-funded program, and its providers can refer people to us, with or without an NDIS plan. A support coordinator can help you check what applies to you, and job matching is also available fee-for-service if you do not have a plan.
Where We Work
We are based in Thomastown and work across Greater Melbourne, including the northern, western, and eastern suburbs, plus parts of regional Victoria for some clients. Job matching often means visiting workplaces with you and travelling to meet employers, so we come to where the jobs are, not the other way around.
How To Start
Get in touch and tell us a bit about yourself. We will have a quick chat about your goals, work history, and what your plan covers. From there we match you with a worker and book in your first session to start figuring out where you fit.
